Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Service Overview
ReverseGPT.ai ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered writing platform that includes text humanization and related writing tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
To use the Service, you agree to:
- Create an account and keep your information accurate and up to date.
- Safeguard your login credentials and not share your account.
- Comply with any usage limits associated with your plan.
- Not attempt to bypass, disrupt, or interfere with Service restrictions.
- Ensure you have the rights to use any content, prompts, or materials you submit.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal, and Refunds
3.1 Billing
- Charges are processed securely through our payment providers.
- Plan features, pricing, and included usage may change over time. Where a change increases the price of a plan you are already subscribed to, it takes effect at your next renewal, not mid-term.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
3.2 Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your plan until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel a period that has already begun.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access, and any remaining credits, until that period ends. When the subscription ends your account returns to the free plan and any unused credits from paid periods are forfeited.
- A cancellation submitted after a renewal charge has been taken applies to the following period. It does not reverse the charge just taken.
3.3 Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable, and refunds are granted at our sole discretion. Granting a refund in one case does not oblige us to grant one in any other.
- Credits, words, and other usage that have already been consumed are never refundable, including where a subscription is cancelled part-way through a billing period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- We do not provide refunds because output did not meet a subjective expectation of quality, because a third-party AI detector returned a particular score, or because a plan went unused during a period you paid for.
- Faults, bugs, downtime, and errors are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund. Our remedy for a defect in the Service is to correct it, and where a fault materially prevented you from using a paid feature we may instead extend your subscription or restore consumed credits.
- Requests should be sent to our support contact in section 16 within 14 days of the charge, with the account email and the charge in question.
- Initiating a chargeback rather than contacting us first may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is resolved.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, including any statutory right to cancel a distance contract, or any remedy available to you where a digital service is not as described or not of satisfactory quality. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this section.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to create, process, or share:
- Illegal content: Material that violates applicable law.
- Intellectual property violations: Content that infringes third-party rights.
- Harmful or abusive content: Harassment, threats, hate speech, or malicious conduct.
- Fraudulent or deceptive content: Content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Security abuse: Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or access non-public parts of the Service.
- Disruptive activity: Use that interferes with the Service or other users.
5. Your Content and Permissions
Regarding content you submit to the Service:
- You retain ownership of your input content and your resulting output, subject to applicable law.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
- You are solely responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use it.
6. AI Output and Quality Disclaimer
The Service uses automated and probabilistic systems to generate, transform, and suggest text. As a result, output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-original, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use. ReverseGPT.ai makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, legality, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.
You acknowledge that all output is provided for drafting and informational assistance only and is used at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and determining whether any output is appropriate before publication, submission, commercial use, or other reliance.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (such as payment, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and AI model providers). Your use of those providers may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law.
- Your use poses security, legal, or operational risk.
- We are required to do so by law or legal process.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.
10. Intellectual Property
Except for content you own, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, branding, and site content, are owned by ReverseGPT.ai or its licensors.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReverseGPT.ai and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Service or any output.
Without limiting the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, ReverseGPT.ai shall have no liability for claims arising from your use, publication, distribution, or reliance on generated or transformed text, including claims involving alleged inaccuracy, defamation, regulatory non-compliance, or infringement of third-party rights.
To the extent any liability is not legally excludable, ReverseGPT.ai's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amounts paid by you to ReverseGPT.ai for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReverseGPT.ai, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service or any output; (b) your publication, distribution, licensing, or other exploitation of any output; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) alleged infringement, misappropriation, defamation, or other violation of third-party rights resulting from content or output you use.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
